Large kennels declared a public nuisance

The establishment, placement, maintenance or operation of a large kennel within two hundred (200) feet of any dwelling on an adjoining parcel of land in separate ownership in the city is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and is unlawful, unless such large kennel has been classified as, and maintains its status as either a conforming use or a nonconformity, pursuant to chapter 27.
