Same—Committee

A prequalification committee is hereby established and shall consist of the following members: the directors of the departments involved, the director of revenue and finance, the city attorney and the city architect or their designees. The duties of the committee shall be to receive, review and evaluate evidence of prospective bidders' qualifications to perform the type and complexity of construction involved in the particular project.
