Same—Procedure

Notice of the intention to construct the particular project will be advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in the city one (1) time at least one (1) month prior to the advertisement for bids for that particular project. The notice of intention to construct shall advise the prospective bidders that they may obtain questionnaires from the department involved in the construction. These questionnaires must be completed and returned by the prospective bidders to a specified place within the time stated in the advertisement.
