Review of prospective bidder questionnaires by committee

The completed questionnaires shall be reviewed by the prequalification committee. Within seven (7) days of receipt of the completed questionnaires, the committee shall make a determination of the eligibility or ineligibility of a prospective bidder to be invited to bid upon the project. Each prospective bidder shall be notified in writing, by certified mail, of such determination.
