Weather and seasonal restrictions

(a)

No applicator shall apply fertilizers containing nitrogen and/or phosphorous to turf and/or landscape plants during the restricted season from June 1 through September 30 unless subject to an exemption indicated in this article.

(b)

No commercial fertilizer applicator shall apply fertilizers containing nitrogen and/or phosphorous to turf and/or landscape plants during the restricted season from June 1 through September 30 unless subject to an exemption indicated in this article.
