Permit requirements
Section: 21-27
(a)
A drainage and earthwork permit must be obtained from the city prior to engaging in excavating, grading, filling or stockpiling activities, otherwise, each activity shall be unlawful.
(b)
In order to qualify for issuance of a drainage and earthwork permit, the applicant must submit an application in conformance with the department's technical standards manual. Such manual identifies requirements which must be satisfied so that the applicant's permit may be approved.
