Provisions saved from repeal

Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code shall affect sections 37-1 through 37-4 of the City Code, adopted in 1971, and derived from Ord. No. 722-A, §§ 2, 4, 5, 8, 9-26-39, which provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if set out fully herein.
