Special event zoning restrictions

Section: 28-23

A special event may be held in any zoning district provided the following limitations are met:

(1)

The maximum permit duration for a specific event is two (2) weeks, provided, however, no road closure shall be for a period of longer than forty-eight (48) hours. The official may authorize up to an additional six (6) hours before or after an event for set up and take down of event related facilities.

(2)

Upon conclusion of the event, the property must be cleared of all trash and debris within twenty-four (24) hours of conclusion of the event.
