Compliance with applicable laws

A permittee for a special event permit shall comply with all special event permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances. The permittee shall produce the special event permit on request from any officer of the city. Failure to produce the special event permit shall be grounds for suspension of the special event permit.
