Prohibition from engaging in radio and television sales or service

The grantee, its subsidiaries and affiliates are specifically prohibited, directly or indirectly, from engaging in the sale or leasing of television receivers, radio receivers, or television or radio parts, except such parts and accessories required for any type of cable connections, such as converters and connection plugs and accessories, individually or with any person, anywhere in the city, whether or not for a fee or a charge, and is further prohibited from engaging in any type of repair service to television receivers or radio receivers.
