Notice to the grantee

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the city shall not take any final action involving the review, renewal, revocation or termination of the grantee's franchise unless the city has:

(1)

Advised the grantee in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting at which the action shall take place, as to its time, place and purpose; and

(2)

Published a notice, at least once ten (10) days before the meeting, in a newspaper of general circulation within the city.
