Mausoleums and above ground structures

Mausoleums, columbariums or other above ground structures to be used for the interment or inurnment of human remains may be built within city cemeteries provided that they meet the standards specified in the cemetery technical manual promulgated by the parks and recreation department and appropriate fees collected (based on resolution) be collected. All aforementioned structures must be hermetically sealed.
