City cemeteries

(a)

There are seven (7) city cemeteries known as the following:

(1)

Woodlawn;

(2)

Oaklawn;

(3)

Jackson Heights;

(4)

Marti Cemetery;

(5)

Centro Asturiano;

(6)

Memorial Park Cemetery; and

(7)

Pyramid Crypts Cemetery.

(b)

The city clerk shall keep an accurate legal description of each city cemetery including the official record book and page numbers, numbers of the instruments conveying each cemetery or part thereof to the city. The city clerk shall also keep an accurate map of each city cemetery.
