Marking of graves prior to memorial/marker placement

Each grave shall be marked by the funeral home, vault, or monument company in charge of the burial, placing at the head thereof a stake marked with the decedents name and date of death, and such stakes shall remain until permanent marker/memorial are erected by the relatives or the estate of the deceased. Such permanent marker/memorial must contain thereon the name, date of birth and date of death.
