Appeal

A party, including the city, may appeal a final administrative order of the CEB or CESM issued pursuant to sections 9-11, 9-12, and 9-17 hereof in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. An appeal shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the date of entry of the order to be reviewed. A copy of the notice shall be mailed to the secretary and served upon the city attorney's office but an action must be filed with the circuit court following procedural rules applicable to such proceedings.
