Setting aside orders

If within ninety (90) days after the expiration of a deadline to correct violations set by the CEB or CESM, the city has received notice that enforcement action could not be commenced or continued due to the application of statutory law, including but not limited to federal bankruptcy stays or protections available under the Soldier and Sailors Relief Act, then the city will move to have the CEB or CESM set aside the order and remand the case back to the applicable department for further action, as may be applicable.
