Who Needs a License

Submit your application directly to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Regulation. Include proof of education, exam passage, and any required fees. Non-residents must appoint a registered agent in Florida.
Step 5: Broker Sponsorship (for Sales Associates)
Sales associates must work under a sponsoring broker. Join a brokerage firm before or immediately after licensing.
