Municipal cable system ownership authorized

(a)

To the full extent permitted by law, the city may acquire, construct, own, and/or operate a cable system.

(b)

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit in any way the ability or authority of the city to acquire, construct, own, and/or operate a cable system to the full extent permitted by law.
