Fee levied for services to certain properties

(a)

There is hereby levied an interim proprietary and general services fee which shall apply to those properties for which a certificate of occupancy or a certificate of completion is issued, either permanent or temporary, for full or partial use of the premises, and which shall be payable on the date upon which such certificate of occupancy or certificate of completion is issued until the ensuing January 1.

(b)

There is hereby levied an interim proprietary and general services fee which shall apply to those properties for which a certificate of occupancy or a certificate of completion is issued, either permanent or temporary, for full or partial use of the premises, and which shall be payable on the date upon which such certificate of occupancy or certificate of completion is issued until the ensuing January 1, or until such time as the improvement necessitating said certificate of occupancy or certificate of completion is assessed by the Miami-Dade County property appraiser and extended on the tax roll.
