Fees

(a)

Standard certificate of approval: Minimum $26.00 plus $5.00 for every tree to be removed, relocated or newly planted.

(b)

Special certificate of approval: $26.00.

(c)

All applications for permits for the removal of trees shall be accompanied by a fee, as provided for under section 10-4, as amended, "Building permit fee schedule."

(d)

All appeals shall be accompanied by a fee of $300.00, except that no fee shall be charged for such appeals initiated by agencies of the city or by an owner in fact of a property adjacent to the subject property or by a nonprofit corporation dedicated to conservation and protection of the natural and physical environment.
