Basis for establishing areas of special flood hazard

The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in its flood insurance study for Miami-Dade County, Florida, and incorporated areas dated September 11, 2009, with accompanying flood insurance rate maps and other supporting data, and any amendment and revision thereto, are adopted by reference and declared to be part of this chapter. The study and maps shall be kept on file, available to the public, in the office of the building official.
