Rules for interpreting area boundaries

The boundaries of the flood hazard areas shown on the official flood insurance rate maps may be determined by scaling distances. Required interpretations of those maps for precise locations of said boundaries shall be made by the building official. Said interpretations shall be subject to review in accordance with the provisions of subsection 20-12(i) of this chapter.
