Exemptions

This article shall not apply to any lots protected by federal, state, or local law or any lots owned by the federal government, state government, Miami-Dade County, or the city.

The requirement that all subcontractors have and maintain city franchises shall not apply during a declared state of emergency pursuant to the provisions of chapter 45 of the City Code, as amended.
