Minimum requirements and standards

To promote the general public welfare and safety by imposing and enforcing reasonable and necessary restrictions on hemp and hemp extract products sold and/or distributed for ingestion or consumption in the city, a retail hemp establishment, including smoke shops and smoking lounges in the city shall adhere to and comply with the following minimum requirements and standards.
