Governmental agency, entity or employee; exemption

(a)

No federal, state, county or municipal governmental agency or entity shall be required to obtain a BTR.

(b)

A member of one of the professions who is employed by the United States government, State of Florida, or one of its political subdivisions, and practices his/her profession solely as an employee thereof shall not be required to obtain a BTR.
