Enforcement

Notwithstanding the provisions of F.S. § 506.5131, any owner violating the provisions of this article shall be subject the penalties as provided by chapter 2, article X, which includes the issuance of a $500.00 citation or notice of violation, as allowed by law. No one form of enforcement shall preclude use of another.
