Size requirements for vending stands

No stand shall exceed three feet in width and six feet in length and five feet in height exclusive of the height of umbrellas, canopies, and similar devices, except that stands within the Downtown Miami special vending district shall not exceed three and one-half feet in width. Canopies and umbrellas shall have a minimum seven-foot clearance above ground level.
