Health and sanitation requirements for food vending

Section: 39-42

Vendors of food shall comply with the requirements and standards of the department of health and the following:

(1)

The equipment used in vending food shall be inspected by department of health upon application for a license and receive a certificate of inspection upon compliance with this section.

(2)

Each food vending business shall be so inspected at least twice a year.
