Denial, suspension, revocation

Section: 39-46

Any license or permit may be denied, suspended or revoked in accordance with the procedures contained in chapter 31 for any of the causes set forth in said chapter 31 in addition to the following causes:

(1)

Fraud or misrepresentation contained in the application for the BTR or permit.

(2)

Fraud or misrepresentation made in the course of carrying on the business of vending.

(3)

Carrying or possessing dangerous weapon.

(4)

Conduct of the BTR holder permitted business in such manner as to create a public nuisance, or constitute a danger to the public health, safety, welfare or morals.

(5)

Conduct which is contrary to the provisions of this article.

(6)

Right-of-way stationary vending in an area other than a defined special vending district, as allowed.

Continued operation following denial, suspension or revocation shall not be allowed.
