Penalty

Except as may be provided in section 39-51, any person violating any provision of this article shall be punished as provided in section 1-13, or pursuant to chapter 2, article X of the City Code. These penalties shall not preclude any other remedies available at law or in equity, including, injunctive relief in the circuit court.
