Seizure by police

The police department shall seize and reduce to the possession of the police department any lost, captured, abandoned, stolen or wrecked property, including vehicles, which may be found upon any of the public streets and highways of the city pursuant to the procedure as provided in F.S. § 705.101 et seq.
