Removal or destruction of evidence at investigation; refusal to obey investigating officer

Section: 42-4

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city, at the scene of any homicide or crime where such homicide or crime is being investigated and is in charge of any police officer, sheriff or deputy sheriff, or at such scene before the arrival of a police officer, sheriff or deputy sheriff to make such investigation, to tamper with, remove, obliterate or destroy any visible evidence whatsoever or, while such crime or homicide is being investigated by any such officers, to refuse to obey and carry out the reasonable instructions and directions of the officer in charge of such investigation.
