Reporting of incomplete, biased or otherwise deficient investigation

If, after a case is closed, an office of professional compliance investigator is of the opinion that an investigation is incomplete, biased, or otherwise deficient, he or she shall report his or her opinion to the office of professional compliance director, who will have immediate access to the chief of police for resolution of the problems raised by such opinion. If the office of professional compliance director is not satisfied with the resolution of the problems at this level, he or she shall bring the matter to the attention of the city manager to resolve such problems.
