Appeals

Any applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a special event permit to the city manager. The appeal shall be filed with the city manager within seven days after the notice of denial is received. The city manager shall act in writing upon the appeal within seven days from receipt. Any applicant aggrieved by the decision of the city manager may seek immediate judicial review.
