Compliance; possession of permit

(a)

A permittee under this Code shall comply with all permit directions and conditions, and with all applicable laws, sections of this Code, and other ordinances; and

(b)

The chair, or other person organizing or heading the special event, shall carry the special event permit personally at all times during the conduct of the special event and shall be produced upon demand by the city.
