Section: 53-82

The administration of the stadium is hereby imposed upon the city manager who, after conferring with the stadium board, may, in his/her discretion, appoint an assistant to be known as "stadium supervisor." Subject to the supervision and the control of the city manager in all matters, the stadium supervisor shall manage and have charge of the maintenance and operation of all buildings, grounds, facilities and services of the stadium, including the parking areas. The establishment of the control of the stadium and its facilities by the stadium supervisor is not intended to relieve the resilience and public works department, the finance department or any other departments or divisions of the city of the responsibility for the proper maintenance of buildings and grounds, and the payment of all sums due to be paid into the city treasury, but such departments shall not be vested with any rights or responsibilities pertaining to supervision and management of events, except as may be provided for by direct instruction of the city manager.
