Same—Revising plat after approval

Any changes, erasures, modifications or revisions to an approved plat prior to recordation may only be made by the survey section with the approval of the supervisor of plats to correct scriveners' errors, reflect accurate legal descriptions and locate right-of-way dedications, drainage ways and easements.

No changes, erasures, modifications or revisions to an approved plat prior to recordation shall be made unless resubmitted for new approval provided, however, that the governing body may, after public hearing and based only upon a recommendation of the supervisor of plats, change, modify or revise dedicated road rights-of-way or drainage easements.
