Penalties

Any person violating the provisions of any section of this article shall, upon first conviction hereof, be fined not more than $500.00. Upon second conviction and subsequent convictions thereafter, any person violating the provisions hereof shall be fined not more than $500.00 or be imprisoned for not more than ten days, or shall be both fined and imprisoned. Each day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
