Enforcement

(a)

Pedicab drivers are subject to Chapters 316—322 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, and shall be issued traffic infractions for any violations.

(b)

The decal shall be revoked for any violation of this article pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 31 of the City Code.
