Dealer's license—Required

It shall be unlawful for any dealer, except a licensed dealer, to sell, lend, rent or otherwise transfer any airgun or projectile therefor. Dealers who are licensed to sell firearms shall not be required to obtain the special license to sell airguns, but shall comply with all other provisions of this article.
