Who Needs a License

How to Get Licensed

- Complete 72 hours of approved broker education
- Have a minimum of 24 months of active experience as a licensed sales associate within the 5-year period preceding application
- Submit application to DBPR with proof of exam passage, education completion, and work experience
- Maintain a trust account for client funds
