Sec. 29.01. - Adoption of Florida Building Code Fuel Gas Code.

All gas plumbing work shall be performed in accordance with the most recently adopted version of the Florida Building Code Fuel Gas Code as updated by the Florida Building Commission, and as may be amended thereby.

Sec. 29.02. - Board of Appeal; Section 108 Deleted.

Section 108 of the Standard Gas Code adopted by Section 29.01 is hereby deleted. Appeals shall be heard by the Building and Fire Codes Boards of Appeal created by Article XXVI of Chapter 2 of the City Code.

Sec. 29.03. - Permit Fees.

Fees shall be set by the City Council, by Resolution, which may be amended from time to time. A certified copy of the Resolution setting forth current permit fees shall be on file with the City Clerk and the Building Official.
