Who Needs a License

  3. Submit your application to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), which oversees the Construction Industry Licensing Board.

  4. Pay applicable state licensing fees.

Once licensed, your Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor license is valid statewide, including in Holiday CDP.
