Electrical Licensing in Pace CDP, Florida
Who Needs a License
Any person performing electrical construction, installation, alteration, repair, or maintenance of electrical systems in Pace CDP must hold a valid Florida electrical license. Under Fla. Stat. § 489.105, "electrical construction" includes work on power generation, transmission, distribution, and utilization systems serving buildings and other structures.
The scope includes:

- Provide proof of five years of electrical experience in the previous seven years (can include apprenticeship hours)

Military service credit: Fla. Stat. § 489.1131 allows credit for relevant military training and education toward experience requirements; contact DBPR to verify eligibility
No separate municipal license from Pace CDP is required beyond the state electrical license.
