Definitions; forfeiture of personal property in custody of clerks of various courts.

In construing this act and each and every section, word, phrase or part thereof, where the context permits, the term âpersonal propertyâ or âchattels personalâ shall include all property of any kind except real estate and anything permanently attached thereto.
