Description of district boundaries to be furnished Department of State.

Whenever the boundaries of existing county commissionersâ districts are, from time to time, changed by the board, it shall cause its clerk to forthwith furnish the Department of State with a certified copy of its minutes, reflecting the description of the boundaries of the district, as changed, which shall record a description of such boundaries in its office in a book kept for that purpose.
