Appointment of person to act in case of disability of Attorney General.
—
In case of the disability of the Attorney General to perform any official duty devolving on him or her, by reason of interest or otherwise, the Governor or Attorney General of this state may appoint another person to perform such duty in the Attorney Generalâs stead.
