Record and inventory of certain property.

(1)

The word “property” as used in this section means fixtures and other tangible personal property of a nonconsumable nature.

(2)

The Chief Financial Officer shall establish by rule the requirements for the recording of property and for the periodic review of property for inventory purposes.
