(1)

Responsibility for the welcome centers is assigned to the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation.

(2)

The Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation shall administer and operate the welcome centers and, pursuant to a contract with the Department of Transportation, shall be responsible for routine repair, replacement, or improvement and the day-to-day management of interior areas occupied by the welcome centers. All other repairs, replacements, or improvements to the welcome centers shall be the responsibility of the Department of Transportation.
