320.90 Notification of consumer’s rights.

— The department shall develop a motor vehicle consumer’s rights pamphlet which shall be distributed free of charge to the motor vehicle owner upon request. Such pamphlet must contain information relating to odometer fraud and provide a summary of the rights and remedies available to all purchasers of motor vehicles.
